Each room overlooks the circuit and offers a breathtaking view of the start and finish line of the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit pit lane. In addition to meetings and conferences the rooms are ideally suited to hosting hospitality during racing events. The Conference Rooms are separated by sound proof sliding doors which can be opened to create a larger more flexible space of between 211m2 and 1053m2 to suit your versatile needs. All rooms are fully air conditioned, wifi enabled on request and have disabled access.
Messe Frankfurt South Africa has run several events at Kyalami since 2016, including our annual Festival of Motoring event. The venue infrastructure is of a superior standard, comparable to any international venue. The team at Kyalami are always willing to assist to ensure we have a successful event! The venue location is excellent allowing us to attract visitors from different areas in Gauteng. I would strongly recommend the venue to any event organiser.
